To start up your PC box, simply make a topic, with a blank space as the first post, you cannot edit this post, and then, for any Pokémon you would like to deposit into it, post bellow, then the admin will cut and paste it from your character sheet into this space, and it will show the moves and whatnot, and to withdraw, it’s practically the same, admin cuts and pastes it from your PC page. Into your character sheet.
